Resourceful – A true leader is able to deal skilfully with new situations or when problems arise. They do not orient themselves around the problem but focus on the solutions. A true leader will demonstrate to his followers that “a poor me” or the “I can’t do this” attitude is simply unacceptable and won’t be tolerated.
